Once you have had your 6 week check (10 week if caesarean birth) then come along
to Buggy Workout and bring little one with you.
This is great post-natal workout where you don’t have the hassle of finding childcare,
paying extra, wasting time dropping baby off and picking baby up, you just turn up with
baby and buggy and both enjoy getting some fresh air whilst getting back into shape.
We focus on post-natal and basic exercises as we work our way around the park,
sea front or outdoor area pushing our buggies.
